A) Cut a 24" length of 14 gauge wire.
B) Bend one end of the wire to prevent the wood beads from sliding off. Tip: This will help keep the beads in place as you work. Slide 24 large wood beads onto the wire.
C) Once all the beads are on, bend the other end of the wire to secure them. Twist the two ends of the wire together to form and secure the wreath shape.
D) The wood bead ring is now completed.
A) Make several bundles of 5 wheat stems and trim the ends. Tip: Use a clear elastic hair band to hold each bundle together.
A) Hot glue a wheat bundle to the bottom center of the wood bead wreath. Note: Be sure to avoid the elastic hair bands with the hot glue so as not to melt them.
B) Continue adding wheat bundles, overlapping them so each one covers the stems of the previous bundle. Follow the rounded shape of the wreath as you adhere the bundles.
C) Finish by adding a ribbon around the top of the wreath.
D) Your wreath is ready to hang!
