To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Merchandise purchased at a partner retail location, including online retailers and brick-and-mortar stores, must be returned to the location where it was purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer. To initiate a return, please contact the original store.
ArtSkills is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] for personal assistance to return the item. You will need to provide the purchaser’s first and last name, telephone number, and email address, or the order number. After the item has been received and approved by the returns department a credit will then be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card account.

All packages arriving to ArtSkills facilities will be thoroughly inspected by our Returns Department to ensure items are eligible for a refund (Items must be returned within their allotted 30-Day return period and in their original condition). Packages are received Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Should the item or items be approved for refund, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you through email to notify you of your package’s arrival and its credited refund. Refunds are processed and credited to the original credit or debit card used for purchase and are granted within 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned item. ArtSkills offers three shipping methods to our valued customers. You can select Ground, Second Day or Next Day Shipping in the contiguous United States. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available for Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam. ArtSkills ships items for delivery Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

Once orders have been placed and processed, please note we are unable to redirect or make a change to the shipping address of your package. Pursuant to the protocols of our own third-party shipper, FedEx, we are not able to guarantee that your package will be eligible to be rerouted to a new shipping address or that it will arrive safely or in a timely manner should this change take place. Should you want to request your package be held at a safe location or explore other options for the retrieval of your shipment, we advise that you contact FedEx as soon as possible to make these proper arrangements.
Free ground shipping is the default shipping method for domestic orders. If you would like your order shipped second day or next day, select the desired shipping method during the checkout process and the appropriate charge will be applied.
