Steps to Follow:

Print out your images and information. Mount your images on yellow paper and your information on red paper. Set aside
Using a red tri-fold board' add a black strip of black paper around the edge of 2/3 of the tri-fold board.
To make your title' sketch out a marquee shape on black poster board. Add the word POPCORN using orange neon quick letters. To add a decorative edge cut the left hand edge off of each letter. Cut yellow circles to go around your word. Using white rectangular poster board' lay out the rest of your title using large vinyl letters' mount this on red and then on black and lay up against the word popcorn. Lay this out on your tri-fold board
Cut out 7 popcorn containers using white paper. Add red stripes with red poster markers. Add popcorn clip art to the top of the container and mount them on black paper
Add your information to the center of the popcorn container and your science fair headings on the popcorn image. Lay these out on your tri-fold.
Add your mounted images to the center of the tri-fold board. Add the word STARRING in yellow foam letters under the marquee and use yellow burst eye catchers to point out each brand of popcorn
Glue everything down
Add poster lights to the edge of your tri-fold and in your marquee lights. Follow the directions on the Poster Lights package
