Sales Account Manager 

ArtSkills, Inc., has a full-time position available for a Sales Account Manager in its Sales Department. Candidate must perform exceptionally in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple assignments under deadlines. Candidate must be highly organized, resourceful and detail-oriented and have excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills. Experience in Mass Market Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred. 

This person will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, preparing presentations for meetings, and maintaining timely communication with accounts. This candidate should exhibit leadership, accept direction, and be enthusiastic about continuous learning, improvement of relevant skill sets and a solid work ethic. 


 • Provides support for EVP of Sales. 

 • Effectively manages assigned accounts complete selling cycle while driving monthly, quarterly, annual sales objectives. 

 • Effectively and efficiently plan, organize, develop, and prepare sales presentations/proposals for assigned accounts. 

 • Helps prepare, monitor and modify account specific forecasts for assigned accounts. 

 • Maintain proactive communication with buyers, set up meetings and build relationships. 

 • Work with research, marketing, sourcing, product development, sales support teams and art department to manage detailed time lines before and after meetings. 

 • Must be able to effectively analyze sales history to make actionable and compelling recommendations for strategic direction of account development. 

 • Exhibits leadership with accounts, accepts direction, and asserts ideas to build collaboration among team members. Maintains a healthy thirst for learning. Position occasionally involves training and mentoring of other representatives for future team development. 

 • Must have a strong bias towards outstanding attention to detail and follow through. 

 • Periodic travel to account meetings in support of the sales lead. 


 • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field. 

 • 3-5 years in a related position. 

 • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and program development to major Mass Market retailers. 

 • Must be able to multitask and prioritize amid frequent distractions in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs in preparation of correspondence, documents, and/or presentations. 

 • Ability to review, interpret and report on various data sources. 

 • Professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Calm under deadline pressures and in stressful situations. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, thrives in a collaborative environment and is capable of building relationships based on trust and personal accountability. 

 • Ability to be proactive, manage projects from start to finish, identify problems and find solutions. 

 • Works well both independently and in a team environment.
