Inside Sales Account Assistant

ArtSkills, Inc., has a full-time position available for an Inside Sales Account Assistant in its Sales Department. Candidate must perform exceptionally in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple assignments. Candidate must be highly organized, resourceful and detail-oriented and possess excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills. This person will be responsible for assisting account managers, supporting presentation preparation, and maintaining timely communication with account managers. This candidate should accept direction and be enthusiastic about continuous learning, improvement of relevant skill sets and a solid work ethic. 


 • Provide inside sales support to sales team TASKS TO INCLUDE: 

      o Tracking and document prep for Meetings – 12 Step Checklist o Learn support role in relevant customer portals - enter new item information, track sales, update online and inline content (provided by marketing department and approved by account manager) 

     o Meeting Preparation Support - samples, competitive shopping, documents, packages, price and sample tags, etc.) 

      o Update spreadsheets/quote sheets with item specs (as provided and updated by sourcing, product development and/or purchasing departments) including account-specific information 

      o Maintain Sales Executives' offices for maximum productivity – visuals, calendars, (this can be updated to support regular teams meetings and keeping the agenda / notes) 

      o Maintain, update and distribute weekly meeting calendar o Maintain, update and distribute weekly account status 

      o Coordinate agenda for weekly Operations/Sales team meetings 

      o Coordinate agenda for weekly Marketing/Sales team meetings 

      o Coordinate agenda for weekly Sales team meetings (intra-sales team) 

            Attend and document / email recap of these meetings 

• Manage Chief Revenue Officer's daily priority list - coordinate with sales and marketing team 

• Additional SUPPORT opportunities: 

     o customer service / office phone pickup as needed during day 

     o maintain awareness of departmental needs, customer service urgencies, visitors to building, deliveries and pick-ups, etc.) 

• Must have a strong bias towards outstanding attention to detail and follow through. 

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs in preparation of correspondence, documents, and/or presentations. 

• Ability to review, interpret and report on various data sources. 

• Professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Calm under deadline pressures and in stressful situations. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, thrives in a collaborative environment and is capable of building relationships based on trust and personal accountability. 

• Ability to be proactive, follow projects from start to finish, identify problems and find solutions. 

• Works well both independently and in a team environment. 


 Experience: 4-Year College Degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturing and/or sales. Mass market experience a plus.
